The first aim of any waste to energy project is the production, or classification, of RDF & SRF fuel. However, often a client will want a stand-alone system to create fuel that feeds the existing renewable fuel market. These systems largely will be designed to meet the highly consistent requirements of the Cement industry. This is the reason that our RDF/SRF production system designs have been used to supply fuel to companies such as CEMEX, LaFarge and other large Cement producers around the globe.

Sizing the material correctly, producing a consistent CV and moisture content, and baling, wrapping or loose truck loading; Pure Cycle Engineering has designed systems that are now processing over 1,000,000 Tonnes of RDF/SRF each year in the UK alone.
