An interesting, complicated, and highly regulated market, but a very valuable one. This is the processing and landfill diversion of clinical/medical waste streams. Pure Cycle Engineering has designed and installed a number of such systems across Europe, from small single line systems of 1 T/h, up to larger scale plants of 12 T/h with on-site gasification facilities.

Our experience in the industry has also given us access to specialised medical waste processing equipment that has been designed and tested to meet environmental requirements, as well as to always protect the operator. We design bespoke systems to suit both energy production and fuel production, including the separation of valuable recyclables from this waste stream.
