PCE are at the exciting stage of this project; the beginning of a rollout of a three-phase, fully integrated plastics recycling facility. We have developed this project over the last 3 years, starting from a typical Waste to Energy project, and now ending up with a very comprehensive plastics processing plant.
MRF residue is input at 180,000 tpa, and by using high-tech sorting technologies, such as NIR systems, PCE’s unique design has all three major plastics recycling processes under one roof.
Sorting (and LCF generation), washing/flaking, and finally extrusion back to high-value, food-grade pellets for sale.
A Low-Carbon Fuel (LCF) will be fed into on site pyrolysis for power generation to run the system.
The plant will begin construction in early 2026.
